Our Richardson Caps include the Mardi Gras swamp scene, All hats are hand drawn and hand painted with leather acrylic paint and sealed with a water-resistance sealer. **Each hat is attached with a 3M adhesive and pressed with a hat press. Surface wash only DO NOT machine wash.
