Exchange Due to a Manufacturer’s Defect: Customer service is our number one priority and we want to ensure your happiness with your order. We work very hard to maintain the highest level of product quality and service. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same product as the defective item within 30 days.)
